Internet poker has become world famous recently, with televised events and celebrity poker game events. The games popularity, though, stretches back quite a bit further than its television ratings. Over the years numerous types on the original poker game have been created, including a handful of games that are not quite poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely resembling vingt-et-un than long-standing poker, in that the players wager against the bank instead of each other. The winning hands, are the traditional poker hands. There is no bluffing or other types of deceptiveness. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to pay up before the croupier broadcasting "No further wagers." At that instance, both you and the casino and of course every one of the different gamblers attain five cards. Once you have seen your hand and the casino’s 1st card, you need to in turn make a call bet or accede. The call bet’s value is on same level to your beginning wager, meaning that the stakes will have doubled. Giving Up means that your bet goes directly to the house. After the bet is the conclusion. If the dealer does not have ace/king or greater, your bet is returned, plus a sum equal to the ante. If the house has a hand with ace/king or better, you succeed if your hand defeats the casino’s hand. The dealer pays out cash equal to your initial bet and fixed expectations on your call wager. These odds are:
- Equal for a pair or high card
- 2-1 for 2 pairs
- 3-1 for three of a kind
- 4-1 for a straight
- five to one for a flush
- seven to one for a full house
- 20-1 for a 4 of a kind
- 50-1 for a straight flush
- 100-1 for a royal flush
